Embrace II is a mixed media installation piece that was built upon the images from Embrace I. This series aims to build upon issues seen in Confront, which looks at insecurity and unrealistic expectations of one’s self. Embrace I and II shifts the narrative by taking pride in one's insecurities, strives to embrace one's natural self and beauty. Images were taken, printed, and moss and other natural elements were added to further emphasis being one with the natural and truly accepting of one's self.
